The products we promote and sell are products that have consistently gotten good reviews from customers all over the world. To ensure products are in stock, we have multiple suppliers for each product. We aim to ship your order within 2-3 days of placing the order. Processing and shipping will take place Mondays to Fridays.

Our return policy allows for damaged or defective item(s) return for a 1 to 1 exchange for either the same item or similar item of similar value. Requests for return and replacement are to be made within SEVEN (7) days from the receipt date. We advise customer to provide us a photo of the packing list with the order number and a video showing clearly the defect. Return requests received by us after the 7-day period will not be accepted for return. Returned item has to be in its original condition and with all accompanying manuals and accessories. Return shipping charges, with tracking info are to be paid by the customer and the customer must insure the shipment and accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Therefore, customer must repack the item carefully and keep in mind that the condition of the item returned is important. In some cases, customer can choose not to return the defective item or if they consider the return cost to be not cost effective, they can instead agree to a partial refund. This is the only exception to our return and replacement policy. We will consider a refund of up to 70% of the purchase price which takes into account, shipping, E-Crater and Paypal fees and any priority or expedited shipping costs incurred. Refund request received by us after the 7-day period will not be accepted for refund of any amount as it is presumed the item is working fine. We advise that we do not offer refunds except in cases where the suppliers agree to a corresponding refund. Please note not all suppliers will accept a refund solution. Any refund will be on a case by case basis. The most preferred solution is a one for one exchange of similar item. To protect all customers, we do not repackage returned items for resell. Generally, we do not accept return or offer refund for items already shipped but customers decide to cancel the order. This is because all items are shipped in new and unused condition and usually by Priority Shipping or DHL. Depending on nature of the return, if the item was shipped via DHL or other expedited shipping method, a US$18 fee may be deducted as expedited shipping incur significant extra cost and this cost is paid separately to our shipper. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. We will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake. (It may happen). Please do not assume a mistake is intentional.

We respect your privacy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We rely on third party logistics/shipping companies and post offices for shipping these products to you. To facilitate safer and more efficient delivery, we will ask for your contact number. Your contact will NEVER be used in any other purpose. If you prefer not to provide us your contact number, that is fine, we will just put ours. Just drop us a note when ordering.

Generally, we ship USA orders from our USA agents, UK orders from our UK agents and EU orders from our EU agents. USA shipping is by Priority Mail and UK Shipping by British Express. In these cases, shipping is from 8 to 12 days for USA, 8 to 15 for UK and EU. If we ship from country of manufacture which is usually China, and only where our overseas warehouses are out of stock, shipping is by Standard (economy) Shipping or Air Mail Registered; which can take 15 to 39 days. **Covid-19 - Due to recent business closures in almost all countries and now, the gradual re-opening of businesses, shipments and delivery times are still not back to normal. Delays can still be expected, due largely to reduced international flights and backlog of order shipments. We have maintained close relationships with our suppliers and logistics providers to ensure our customers have ease of mind regarding their shipments."" Tracking number - will be provided free of charge once the product is shipped. Delivery is made to the address you specify in your order which is generally the address in the Paypal receipt. Please note that delivery may be subject to product availability due in many cases to color availability. In normal cases, this may mean 2-4 days for the item to be restocked. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the product to you within the delivery time frame stated. While stock information and latest pricing is updated regularly, it is possible that in some instances a product may become unavailable between updates. We will make every effort to ensure your item shipped is quality checked and current (ie. new stocks) and with existing manufacturer warranty, where applicable. All delivery timeframes given are estimates only and delays can occur.
