Amazenstores aims to despatch your order within 3 - 4 days of placing the order. Processing and shipping will take place Mondays to Fridays.

Shipping
You can expect delivery from 10 to 35 days. Generally, we ship USA orders from our USA agents, UK orders from our UK agents and EU orders from our EU agents. USA shipping is by Priority Mail and UK Shipping by British Express. In these cases, shipping is from 10 to 12 days for USA, 10 to 15 for UK and EU. If we ship from country of manufacture which is usually China (if our overseas warehouses do not have stock) shipping is by Priority Express Mail which can take 12 to 20 days. If Priority Express Mail is not available, then we ship by Air Mail Registered (Standard/Economy) shipping which can take 12 to 35 days.

Please note: Shipments to our Australia customers are generally by Air Mail Registered. All shipments to Postal Box addresses will also be by Air Mail Registered.

Tracking number - will be provided free of charge once the product is shipped. Delivery is made to the address you specify in your order at Ecrater, which is generally the address in the Paypal receipt. Typically, we will verify/check the completeness of all shipping addresses using the Zip Code Finder in www.USPS.com. (USA orders only).

Delivery
Please note that delivery may be subject to product availability due in many cases to color availability. In normal cases, this may mean 2-4 days for the item to be restocked. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the product to you within the delivery time frame stated. While stock information and latest pricing is updated regularly, it is possible that in some instances a product may become unavailable between updates.

All delivery timeframes given are estimates only and delays can occur. If the delivery of your product is delayed for any reason, we will inform you accordingly via e-mail and your product will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available.

Pre-Shipment
We will make effort to ensure the item shipped is quality checked and current (ie. new stocks) and with existing manufacturer warranty, where applicable.

Return & Replacement Policy
If item is defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately. Return for dead on arrival items is only accepted within 7 days after the buyer receiving the item.

If the item (for battery operated/electronic items) is defective within 30 days, please contact us immediately.

For returns, please provide us with proof as below:
• photos of original package with front and back sides, including the shipping label;
• photos and video of the damaged item (for electronic items including smart watches/s,aet bracelets - video is required)

We will share these with our manufacturer/supplier techincal department and if the item qualify for a return and relacement,we will provide the return instructions, return address and a Return Notification Number (important).

Returned item has to be in its original condition and with all accompanying manuals and accessories.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs with tracking.

After receiving the returned item and upon evaluation by our manufacturer or supplier, we will arrange for a replacement depending on our available stock, and if not available, a similar item may be offered. In exceptional cases, we can offer a refund.

If the item is not returned, we will be unable to process for a repacement item or full refund. Partial refunds in case of unreturned defective items is generally between 60% to 70% of the item's price, but subject to our management's approval.
